Shipping Times

Most orders ship the next business day. No shipping on weekends or holidays. Some orders ship the same day depending on order volume and only if placed early in the day Eastern Time.

Free Shipping Eligibility

United States - Orders of US$150 and above.

Canada - Orders of CA$400 and above.

Worldwide - Not eligible for free shipping. 

COVID Notice

Please expect longer delivery times for all orders with shipping to Canada and internationally impacted the most currently due to COVID. However, most orders are shipped the next business day and are arriving successfully even though they may be delayed as the carriers adjust their operations.

International Import Fees

Delivery outside of the United States and Canada may incur additional fees from the carrier at the time of your delivery. This will include any local taxes in addition to carrier specific fees for documentation to clear the shipment with your country’s customs. 

Canadian orders shipped from the USA may incur cross border clearance fees. Bitron will cover those in full when the order is CA$400 or more. This applies to qualifying Canadian orders ONLY. If you are contacted before we are able to prepay for the fee(s) please contact us - DO NOT PAY THE CARRIER. We try our best to prepay before you are contacted however due to a limited window we are able to pay during the time your shipment reaches customs you may be contacted as well. We assure you, we will cover any and all Canada import fees and apologize for any inconvenience or confusion if you are contacted by the carrier.
